How can I  communicate with the doctor? Our professionals can help you through direct online conversation. Click on (Doctors Office) that you can find in most pages of the website, under the secretary picture. Follow the instructions (2 simple steps). When you log in, the secretary will answer you and connect you to the doctor

Any specific technical requirements? To secure your privacy and confidentiality, our site will download for you the Java Applet ( for the first time only ). This is done automatically when you get into the doctor’s office. If Java Applet fails to start, click on and install Java Runtime Environment (Java J2SE v 1.4.2_07 JRE).This will enable our private chat room for you. After instillation, click on Enter Clinic.  You will also need net meeting (available on most computers or click HERE to download), A head set is needed for voice chat and a web camera if you prefer to have visual contact.

How do we charge for services: When you enter the clinic your credit card number will be checked for validity. You will not be charged until the consultation is completed then we will charge your credit card the visit fee. No charge will apply till service is completed.

Is there an alternative way for payment: Yes, you can send a money order (US or Canadian currency) to 2933 Bayview Avenue medical clinic, Toronto Ontario, Canada M2K 1E9.  The last method allows you to pay for any number of visits that you want. If you choose this method we will e-mail you an ID number  that you can give to secretary, she will verify your payments and records. You will need to use all payment within one yea.

Do I need an appointment? You can request a consultation any time during working hours with no appointment. If you need to log in other times or you think you need more time (more than 15 minutes), you will need an appointment, use the guest page to request one or log in the clinic during office hours and communicate with the secretary.

What is the ID number for: This number will be given to you by the secretary in the first visit. It is a reference number that you can use every time to help us pull our notes or check your previous payments

Is there a waiting period before the doctor answers? The doctor is in the office and he may also serving another patient. The secretary will give you an idea on how long you need to wait. In general the waiting time is 15-30 minutes. The secretary will advise you if  it may be longer.

Any specific instructions while talking to the doctor? It is useful to stay focused on the problem you are discussing and give relevant data and give specific answer to the doctors questions. It is better to focus on one matter each visit so that the time will be enough. Also, keep handy any lab results or consultation notes pertinent to your problem, in case the doctor needs them. This will help the doctor to make better use of your time with more satisfactory outcome. It is also important to review the terms of the site prior to using this service.

What are the methods of communication with the doctor? You will be able to communicate in writing or, talking, if you prefer, you can ask the doctor for video conferencing where you can also see each other. This will be done through net meeting,

How to define a consultation? One consultation is defined as 15 minutes of direct online communication with the doctor. How do we secure confidentiality & privacy? Information processed through this clinic are confidential and private. Secure Server is used to protect all personal, health or payment information. Interviews & e-mails are private. No information given to any third party. We are following the strict Canadian privacy regulations.

Can I  get the payment back? You will be charged after the service is completed. All efforts are made to properly complete each service according to our standards. Our standards are to provide the best possible service within the field of family medicine practice and based on the information submitted and cooperation of the user within the time selected. Our doctors determines if these standards are not met and may be able to waive the fee. The user will be responsible for any technical or other difficulties form his/her side

What are the working hours of the clinic: Weedays 4-7 pm & Saturdays 10-1 Toronto time.
